Please note that whilst these are our standard delivery charges, the exact price of shipping may vary depending on the quantity and weight of products being ordered and, occasionally, the dimensions of the product. The total cost of delivery will be calculated after the placing of your order where required.
You will then be informed of the total cost and can either accept these or chose a cheaper delivery option or you have the option to cancel your order at this point.
If I pay by credit/debit card can you deliver to my work?
It is possible to ship to an address other than on your credit card statement, You can pay by bank transfer or you can contact your credit card company and request them to register an additional or temporary address.
Delivery terms
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address on the date specified in the Order during normal business hours, unless previously arranged otherwise. Delivery dates & time are given in good faith by the Company to indicate estimated delivery times but shall not amount to any contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated and is subject to payment clearance, locality, human error, courier company error and system failure.
No liability for direct or consequential loss or damage arising from delay in delivery will be accepted by the company. For collection orders paid by credit card the card holder must be present before or on collection.
If there is a change to the agreed delivery date then the buyer shall have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amount paid.
In the case of goods purchased by credit card, those goods can only be shipped to the credit card holder address (in order to protect you, we carry out extensive checks to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently)
